EASTERN CAPE – Police have embarked on a manhunt to find the killers of a 28-year-old man, known as Esethu Litha Jakuja (28) from Shayamoya after his remains were found in a shallow grave in the Bizana area yesterday, March 8.
Jakuja’s corpse was found without his hands, head and stomach. It is believed that the murder might have been another muti killing, as there has been several more cases of ablino individuals killed in this gruesome way.
Police spokeperson, Lt Col Thulani Zwane, said Jakuja was found a day after a report of him missing was sent out to the various community watch organisations and media houses. ” A murder case was opened and the Eastern Cape police are currently investigating,” he concluded.
